Having moved 15 times before her 25th birthday, Bailey Cotrona truly empathizes with her clients. She creates a fun, down-to-earth, and educational experience to counteract moving stress. Bailey empowers her clients through her impeccable ethics, genuine care, and ability to always be two steps ahead of the market. Her ultimate goal is to help everyone find their sense of belonging, whether that’s a first home or a seventh!

When Bailey moved to the Santa Cruz Mountains in 2020, she knew that she had found where she belonged. With a philosophy that everyone deserves to have a place where they can be their most authentic selves, she strives to help others find their way home. Bailey has always had a passion for real estate, earning her license in New York during her freshman year of college while pursuing a degree in communications with economics and business minors. She dove headfirst into real estate in 2016 with a specialty in first-time buyers and rural properties and has since held many positions in the industry, including as a property manager, listing manager, and transaction coordinator.

Bailey is passionate about helping fire victims and survivors and regularly volunteers with Walu International to help recovery efforts in the aftermath of the CZU Lightning Complex fires. In her spare time, Bailey loves exploring the natural beauty of Santa Cruz County, from hiking to stargazing. She also has a 25-year-old rescue parrot, Newtie, and a rescue dog, Bob, who can often be found hanging around the dog beach off of West Cliff Drive on the weekends.
