Eliza Cole’s interest in real estate began back in her hometown of Gloucester, Massachusetts, where she helped her parents manage the multifamily property they owned. Eliza not only enjoyed the experience, but it taught her the value of hard work while igniting her passion for helping others and enriching their quality of life.
Although Eliza realized she could make a career in buying and selling properties, she first studied journalism (along with philosophy and business) while serving as her college newspaper’s editor in chief. Eliza subsequently left school to work for local publications, such as Good Times, The Pajaronian, and Santa Cruz Waves. Immersed in a field where the main goal was getting the scoop, Eliza’s high-level communication skills and human intuition helped her shift easily to caring for buyers and sellers.
Before earning her real estate license, Eliza was an assistant at a multiunit and commercial brokerage — gaining her immense property management experience. She serves all of Santa Cruz County as well as other parts of Northern and Southern California. She loves representing as many different types of people as possible, and she has a diverse clientele of first-time buyers, retirees, relocations, military personnel, tech professionals, and more.
Eliza moved to the West Coast to pursue equestrian sports, music, and the arts. She still enjoys these interests as well as sailing, traveling, and road trips. Eliza is passionate about helping animal rescue organizations and the Western Service Workers Association, which assists struggling families and individuals throughout the community. She adores her dog Daisy, who’s also her personal assistant, travel companion, and chief optimism officer!
